By Socializing, COnnecting, Perfecting and Expanding existing or emerging observation networks, C-SCOPE wants to bring marine Carbon observations to a new level. This will help to close existing observational gaps, improve achievable data quality, and create synergy as well as new functionality, all of which will make the connected carbon observation system more fit for purpose.
